Kimberly Anne
Creative Director / Head of A&R
Kimberly Anne steers the creative development and growth of our catalogue.
Kimberly is a Gold selling writer and platinum-selling artist. Her releases and co-writes have amassed over 300 million streams on Spotify alone. Credits achieving UK number 2 album and number 4 single chart positions including The Vamps and Sam Feldt.
Her artist project 'LANTA' has been championed by BBC Introducing, Radio 6 Music and Radio X. Press support received from Clash Magazine, Atwood Magazine, New Music Friday (UK), The Gay Times and DIVA Magazine who hailed her as "80s-inspired, epic pop that helps people feel more accepted and less alone".'

Rhiannon Mair
Director - Head of Sync / Licensing
Rhiannon Mair promotes our composers and catalogue, securing music placements across TV, Film, Games and Advertising.
Rhiannon has a background as a producer, engineer and songwriter championed by Music Tech Magazine as one of the ‘UK’s rising stars of production’. She has worked with artists including Martha Hill, Charlotte Clark, Laura Marling, Bryde & Emma McGrath with her work receiving playlisting on BBC Radio 1, 6 Music and multiple Spotify New Music Friday placements.
Following her nominations for Breakthrough Engineer and Breakthrough Producer of the year at the 2019 MPG Awards, Rhiannon was voted onto the Board of Directors for the Music Producers Guild and currently stands as an Executive director. As a songwriter, Rhiannon has co-written with artists and had her work featured on Love Island, Netflix, Sky, Amazon Prime
and STARZ Play.

Henry Marsden

Henry Marsden leads on registration and collections administration.
Henry is an experienced music industry executive and entrepreneur. He toured extensively as a session musician- playing Glastonbury, The O2, Royal Albert Hall and supporting Elton John (you can also find him in a Ronan Keating video. Don't ask which one). In 2015 he founded Bespoke Records- an independent music publishing company built on transparency and equitable deals. Bespoke's small scale catalogue grew to over 100 million streams before being acquired by Palm Bay Music.
He is the CEO of Creatr- a platform helping songwriters manage their catalogue and interface better with industry partners, using technology to lower the friction they find in drawing fair value from the wider music industry. Henry sits on the MPA Popular Music Publishers and Futures Group committees.

Jessica Sharman
A&R
Jessica Sharman is the eyes and ears of our A&R team, seeking out new creative collaborations and developing new writing talent.
Jessica is a number 1 selling songwriter, topliner and producer. Her songs have had over 23 million streams worldwide and have spent consecutive weeks on BBC Radio 2's A, B & C lists, as well as multiple plays on Radio 1 and Radio X.
Alongside two UK top ten albums with Ward Thomas (including the #1 Cartwheels) Jessica has hits on both sides of the Atlantic with Hannah Grace, Belle Mt, Blanche and Bre Kennedy. She also works with Sigala, Gabrielle Aplin, Hunter Hayes, Dan Croll, Jack Cullen, Richard Judge, Toby Johnson, Gretta Ray, Eric Paslay and Youngr.

Emily Fortune

Emily Fortune supports the smooth running of creative operations and the growth of our catalogue.
Emily has a background in music Journalist and creative. In 2018 she set up Have You Heard (@haveyheard), an illustrated music-site interviewing underground artists and producers from around the world, as well as writing for a number of publications such as The Pit London, Gigwise and BRICK Magazine.
