We are dedicated to changing the future landscape of the music industry by making it more accessible to diverse creators and decision makers.

That's why we have launched a writer development programme to nurture, elevate and financially support those who are currently underrepresented to become the UK’s music leaders of tomorrow.

Our project, The EP Bootcamp, will take on six female & gender minority musicians, aged 18-25 in order to write, record and release an EP over the course of three months with the help of industry expert workshops as well as hiring a Junior A&R for the duration of the project.

We will be taking a focus on independent artists and aiding our participants in being self sufficient within a changing industry through running master classes focusing on everything from Music Publishing, Distribution, NFT/Web3 and much more!
